Sales Compensation Analyst

This role can be performed remotely anywhere within the United States.

As a Sales Compensation Analyst, you will report to the Sr. Manager, Sales Compensation within Finance and will own the end-to-end monthly and quarterly sales compensation administration process focusing on data quality, customer service, and automation. 

In a typical day, you might:

  • Administer monthly sales compensation plans for the Global FullStory sales team, ensuring all commissions are paid on-time and accurately through sales compensation tools.

  • Demonstrate a clear understanding of the commission plans and apply the terms, conditions, and crediting rules in adherence with plan requirements.

  • Take in, analyze, and be the point person for all and case inquiries.

  • Provide frequent and clear communications with key stakeholders.

  • Reconcile data across the Salesforce CRM system, HR databases, and sales compensation tools.

  • Develop into an administration guru with the ability to program, de-bug, and automate short term incentives and SPIFF programs.

Here’s what we’re looking for:

  • Has experience in Sales Compensation Administration, Program Administration, or Financial Analysis.

  • Is eager to continue their growth as a Sales Compensation professional or looking to start a career in Sales Compensation.

  • Has experience in automated systems, their set-up, maintenance and operation (e.g. CaptivateIQ, Salesforce CRM).

  • High proficiency with Google Suite and Microsoft Office Suite.

The impact you will have in 6 Months:

  • You’ll have full ownership of the day-to-day Sales Compensation administrative processes working with minimal supervision to deliver incentive payments on time and accurately each month.

  • You’ll have a full grasp on all Fullstory sales incentives, becoming a source of knowledge for sellers and managers.

The impact you will have in 12 Months: 

  • You’ll become a Certified CaptivateIQ Administrator and have the ability to identify and fix any issues in the compensation systems.

  • You’ll be providing valuable and actionable insights by creating and maintaining reporting and analysis using existing systems.

The base salary for this position ranges between $75,000 - $80,000 USD. Base salary will vary based on relevant experience, job-related skills and qualifications.
