CX Enablement Manager

This role can be performed remotely anywhere within the United States.

In this role, you will partner with GTM leadership to build continuous training and enablement initiatives within our evolving CX organization. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about empowering individuals to do their best work and driven by the opportunity to make a significant impact across the organization.

In a typical day, you might:

  • Manage strong relationships with CX leadership stakeholders to ensure alignment of strategic initiatives and measure ongoing training effectiveness. Develop and lead the execution of quarterly CX enablement plans and supporting deliverables in partnership with CX leadership

  • Develop role-specific training content, collaborating with cross-functional SMEs to develop and deliver core curriculum targeted at CSMs and other support roles

  • Scope, plan, deliver and measure the effectiveness of role-specific enablement initiatives for the CX organization at Fullstory

  • Support global enablement initiatives as needed, including (but not limited to) delivering onboarding support, facilitating GTM-wide training sessions, and collaborating with the enablement team to build self-paced learning materials

  • Lead and/or facilitate CX training activities, including but not limited to: live training sessions for both new hires and ramped reps, annual kickoff and regional CX training

  • Maintain ongoing business context and empathy for the day-to-day responsibilities and challenges of CX roles at Fullstory in order to understand evolving knowledge gaps and identify opportunities for training interventions

Here’s what we’re looking for:

  • 4+ years experience in SaaS environment in a GTM organization (sales, customer success, ops), technical background a plus

  • 2+ years experience in enablement or equivalent training-focused role

  • Proven experience in training others in cutting-edge technologies and soft skills

  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex concepts and clearly articulate business value to a diverse audience

  • Excellent communication (written/verbal), facilitation skills, and ability to break down complex topics to easily train learning constituents

The base salary for this position ranges between $105,000 - $120,000 USD. Base salary will vary based on relevant experience, job-related skills and qualifications.
